What it will do
Customers pick the person as well as the time, because in a salon that is the whole decision. Each chair has its own diary.
A walk-in takes the next free slot on the right chair, instead of a separate paper list nobody reconciles at closing.
Ten sessions paid up front, six used, four left — tracked per customer, redeemed at the counter, never argued about.
The appointment reminder and the rebooking nudge, in the customer’s own language.
Invoices, discounts with a reason, refunds, and a day-close an owner can check from home.
Who worked, who is on tomorrow, and what each stylist earned — from the roster the hospital product already runs.
Why it will be good
Appointments that do not double-book. A live queue several people change at once. Money that reconciles. Roles that stop the wrong person seeing the wrong thing. Backups and an audit trail. All of it is in production in clinics today — this is that engine with a different front desk on it, which is why it will arrive finished rather than as a first attempt.
Early access
We are looking for a few salons to build this with — the kind that will tell us plainly when a screen is wrong. Early users help shape it and pay less for it.
