Smart Queue · live in clinics

One patient.
Nothing typed twice.

Follow a single patient from the moment they book to the moment they read their own discharge summary at home — and see exactly which of your staff touches which screen along the way.

The journey

A surgery, end to end.

The hardest case a hospital has — an outpatient visit that becomes an admission, an operation, intensive care and a discharge. Every step is one screen, used by one person.

01 · Patient, on their phone

Books an appointment

Picks the department and the doctor, and gets a token with a real time on it — in their own language.

02 · Reception, at the desk

Checks them in

They appear in today’s queue on arrival. Search by name, mobile or token; take the fee; print or share the receipt.

03 · Doctor, in the consulting room

Sees them, and advises admission

Writes the note and the prescription, then taps Advise admission — treatment, nights, a rough estimate. Nobody retypes a name.

04 · Ward in-charge, at the ward desk

Admits them to a bed

One tap allots the bed, mints the IP number for the year and starts the bill — still linked to the consultation that caused it.

05 · Theatre and ward

Operation, ICU, back to the ward

The operation note goes on the patient’s own chart, and the bill follows the bed — the ICU night charges at the ICU rate from the hour of the move.

06 · Doctor, then the patient at home

Discharged, and it reaches them

The ward drafts the summary, a doctor signs it and it freezes. The patient reads the whole stay in their own app.

Four apps, one database

Every screen, and who uses it.

Nothing is exported, imported or reconciled at the end of the day. Each person signs in and sees only their own job.

Staff app

Reception, doctors, nurses, the ward

Nine roles in one app. A cashier cannot open a clinical record; a nurse cannot change the price list. The queue, appointments, payments and patient records, each shaped for the person at that desk.

Reception's live queue board: 43 tokens issued, 20 waiting, three doctors' queues.
The pharmacy's medicine inventory, with low-stock and expiry warnings.

Hospital management

Pharmacy, laboratory, billing

Dispensed against the doctor’s own prescription. Stock, batches and expiry. Lab orders and results. Invoices, credit notes, GST and the day’s collection.

Inpatient

Wards, beds and who is on duty

Occupancy, average stay, every patient by bed with their IP number and consultant — and the nurses actually on the ward at this moment, with the hours each has left.

The ward board: ten beds, three occupied, and who is on duty now.
A patient's phone showing token 7, two people ahead, 28 minutes' wait.

Patient app

What your patients carry home

The live token and how many are ahead. Prescriptions, lab reports and visit history. Their hospital stays, with the signed discharge summary in the doctor’s own words. Seven languages, chosen by the patient rather than the clinic.

Before you ask

The questions every hospital asks first.

Who can see a patient’s record?

Only the people whose job needs it, enforced on the server rather than hidden in a menu.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. Backed up, access logged, and never sold or shared.

Do we need new hardware?

No. It runs in a browser on the computers you have, and on your staff’s own phones.

How long does it take to start?

A small clinic runs the same week. We load your doctors, departments and price list, and train the desk in an afternoon.

What does it cost?

A monthly subscription by the size of the hospital. No licence fee, no per-seat charge, hosting included.

What if something breaks at 9am?

You call us, on a number that is on every email we send you. We run the system ourselves, so we are already looking.

Register your interest

Tell us about your hospital.

The short form asks for your hospital’s name, city, your mobile and how many doctors you have. We verify the number with a one-time password so nobody can register you by mistake, and we call you back to arrange a demo.
